Enabling MultiWindow Mode on Any Huawei Device Running EMUI 4.1

While the MultiWindow mode is officially only available for Huawei devices on Nougat-based EMUI 5, XDA Senior Member #Henkate was able to get the feature working on his device running EMUI 4.1 by simply changing a build.prop line. Needless to say, you will require a rooted device and access to your build.prop file to make this happen.
